has been nominated and appointed by the Chief Executive Director, International Cooperation (CED – Overseas Council Inter-Nations) as part of a strategic move to strengthen cooperation with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.

He is formally designated as:

Overseas Council India–GCC Trade Commissioner

Mandate & Role

As Envoy and Commissioner, Mr. Murshad K. M will:

Represent the Overseas Council India–GCC Cooperation Council for Overseas & Migration Development (Economics & Human Resources).

Strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation between India and GCC member states in the fields of migration, overseas recruitment, economic partnerships, and human resource development.

Support the creation of frameworks for ethical recruitment, trade cooperation, and diaspora engagement, aligning with global standards and inter-governmental cooperation.

Strategic Significance

This appointment marks a diplomatic initiative of the Overseas Council India to expand cooperation with UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC states, reinforcing its role in overseas migration development, trade, and strategic international collaboration.

About Inter-Force

Inter-Force is an International Quasi-Judicial Mechanism and Civil Defence Council for Inter-Nations Industrial and Civil Security Cooperation. It is allied with Intergovernmental, International, and Regional Security Bodies, working through Global NGO Law Enforcement Cooperation, including:

UN, EU, Arab League, GCC, AU, NATO, SAARC, Commonwealth, ICJ, ICC, AUPOL, EUROPOL, INTERPOL.

In Historic First for India

Mr. Murshad K. M. becomes the first Indian International Liaison Officer of Inter-Force to INTERPOL, EUROPOL, and AUPOL as a representative from a non-policing, law enforcement NGO mechanism.

This milestone marks India’s first representation in global policing alliances through a Public International Organization (ORASC–Overseas Council) beyond conventional state policing agencies.

Mr. Murshad K. M. has been appointed as National Director, Inter-Force (Inter-Nations

Rapid Diplomatic Defence Force), and also designated as Chief Security Diplomatic

Commissioner and International Liaison Officer (ILO) to INTERPOL, EUROPOL, and AUPOL.

Inter-Force is an International Quasi-Judicial Mechanism and Civil Defence Council, allied with UN, EU, GCC, AU, NATO, SAARC, Commonwealth, Arab League, ICJ, ICC, INTERPOL, EUROPOL, and AUPOL, fostering global law enforcement and security cooperation.

This appointment marks a historic first for India – Mr. Murshad K. M. becomes the first Indian ILO to INTERPOL, EUROPOL, and AUPOL from a non-policing, international law enforcement NGO mechanism.
